Underground Butcher proudly provides cut-to-order steaks, beef, pork, lamb, goat, fowl, Underground Meats charcuterie, handmade fresh sausages, in addition to a well-curated selection of cheese, wine, beer, grocery items & culinary accessories.

Underground Butcher works exclusively with small Wisconsin farms that share our commitment to responsible food. We offer only the finest quality beef, lamb, poultry & pork. We are dedicated to using the whole animal - including cuts that might not be familiar. We are excited to share preparation tips & recipes with our customers. Come hungry & come often!
